Customer Relations Intern

As a Customer Relations Intern at the Monarch Internship and Co-op Office, my role is multifaceted and pivotal in ensuring positive interactions with both students and professionals. From efficiently scheduling student appointments, maintaining accurate records with meticulous attention to detail, to fostering seamless communication within the team, my responsibilities contribute to the overall success of the office. Collaborating with fellow interns, problem-solving, and actively engaging in effective communication are key aspects of my daily tasks. By prioritizing the student experience and embodying customer-centric values, I play a crucial role in enhancing the office's effectiveness and maintaining high standards of service.

I work with 3 other interns, our Administrative and Fiscal Coordinator Arwen Wilson, our assistant directors Dr. Saige Hill and Katina Barnes, and our director Dr. Barbara Blake.
