Internship 101
In our recent Internship 101 event, hosted by the Monarch Internship and Co-Op Office on November 16th, students embarked on a journey to unlock the secrets of successful internships. Dr. Saige Hill, Assistant Director of the office, took center stage to shed light on the importance of internships and the strategies to secure one. The event featured distinguished panel speakers, including myself, Mackenzi Dellolio, offering invaluable insights into the internship experience. Each panelist shared their unique perspectives, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic world of internships.
Dr. Hill's session wasn't just a talk; it was an interactive guide on preparing for the internship process, crafting standout resumes and cover letters, and acing interviews. With 33 eager attendees, the event provided a platform for students to learn, connect, and envision their professional future.
