During my tenure at the Monarch Internship & Co-op Office, my internship has been a dynamic canvas for the development and application of my creative skills. From composing engaging articles for our newsletters to designing eye-catching flyers that promote internship opportunities, every project has been an opportunity to refine my creative approach. The task of conceptualizing and crafting popcorn tags was a delightful departure, allowing me to explore a more whimsical and festive side of design. Additionally, spearheading the visual elements for our coat drive and giveaway, as well as curating impactful email announcements for office events, has further honed my ability to convey information effectively and aesthetically. This multifaceted experience has not only deepened my appreciation for the role of creativity in professional settings but also highlighted its invaluable contribution to fostering engagement and communication within the Monarch Internship & Co-op community.
