Recognizing an opportunity for improvement, I took the initiative to enhance our student interaction during office visits. Instead of relying on manual information collection for email communication, I proactively created a streamlined form. This adjustment has significantly improved the clarity and promptness of our communication with students.

In pursuit of my Summer 2024 internship, I encountered a distinctive challenge with one opportunity requesting a Federal Resume. This presented a unique hurdle that required me to build from the ground up and align with intricate federal guidelines. The experience underscored my problem-solving prowess—analyzing requirements, deciphering guidelines, and strategically presenting my qualifications. It served as a tangible demonstration of how my adaptability shines through when facing diverse obstacles in a professional setting.
