Collaboration is at the heart of our team dynamic at the Monarch Internship and Co-op Office. Working seamlessly with fellow interns, we synergize our efforts to accomplish tasks with efficiency and impact. Tabling events together not only enhances the effectiveness of our student outreach but also fosters a vibrant and engaging presence. Additionally, my collaboration with another intern on weekly announcements for staff and faculty is a testament to our commitment to increasing student engagement. Through open communication and shared responsibility, we leverage each other's strengths to create a cohesive and impactful strategy, contributing to a dynamic and student-focused atmosphere within the office.
