Course Overview

CPD415 provided an in-depth look at the leadership styles of top female leaders in business, politics, entertainment, and government. The course examined how female leadership differs from male leadership and explored the strategies, challenges, and successes of women in positions of power. Through class discussions and case studies, it highlighted the dynamics of leadership and the unique obstacles women face in professional settings.

Skills & Knowledge Gained

Through this course, I developed a deeper understanding of effective leadership, communication, and decision-making strategies. I strengthened my critical analysis skills by evaluating real-world examples of leadership and considering how context, style, and strategy impact outcomes. The course also enhanced my reflection and communication skills by encouraging thoughtful discussion and written analysis of leadership challenges and successes.
